This program is designed to be a one-on-one process that helps individuals achieve their professional goals, overcome challenges, and improve their effectiveness within their organizations.

3 Components to the Master Coaching Program:

1. Personalized Development

Focus on the unique needs and goals of the individual, providing customized guidance and support by incorporating the 4 Pillars of Destiny, Chinese Astrology, and personality assessments.

2. Goal Setting and Action Planning

Your Coach will help professionals set clear, achievable goals and develop actionable plans to reach them, often including milestones and timelines.

3. Leadership & Skill Enhancement

The 3 Month Master Coaching Program

1. First Month – The Initial Assessment & Goal Setting

The coach and executive assess the executive’s current situation, goals, and challenges, often using tools like personality assessments or 360-degree feedback received from current workplace or from others important and relevant individuals in the participants life.

2. Second Month – Results & Debrief

The coach will prepare a report to outline the results from feedback collected, Bazi Analysis and the Hogan Assessments to identify, strengths, opportunities, and gaps. The professional will align to 2 key actionable goals or change that is most relevant and applicable based on their career stage and overall intentions.

3. Third Month – Action Planning & Regular Coaching Sessions

A detailed action plan is created, outlining the steps needed to achieve the set goals.
Weekly 90 mins one-on-one sessions provide support, guidance, and accountability.
1 Check-In meeting after completion of the 90 day program to help the professional develop strategies to sustain their growth and continue their development beyond the coaching relationship.
